No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.
Why No Refunds?
Our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you receive access to our software, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. The nature of our product makes it impossible to verify whether the product has been used or not after delivery.
Detection Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide a detection guarantee. If our software is detected by the game's anti-cheat system and results in a ban during your subscription period, we will add free time to your subscription. This guarantee only applies to bans directly caused by our software, not bans for other reasons.

We strongly encourage you to:

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider is a violation of our terms of service. Any user who initiates a chargeback will be permanently banned from our services and may be subject to legal action. If you have an issue, please contact us through Discord first.
